In the event that you are not satisfied with your carpet, we will replace it. We believe so strongly in our products and customer loyalty, we make this pledge to you. In return, we ask that you be fair and treat your new floor responsibly. There are limitations to any soft surface floor, and care must be used when caring and maintaining this or any carpet. See CRI's cleaning and maintenance area for more details.

If you are not satisfied with your carpet, we will replace the order. This warranty is non transferable. We do not cover extra freight charges or labor of any kind.
