Does Floorganics carpet shed?
There is a small amount of shedding that occurs in any wool carpet. The shedding will decrease with each vacuuming, and is a natural attribute of wool carpets.

Do Dealers/Designers get a discount?
Yes. If you are a dealer or a designer, we do offer discounts on our products. To qualify you must have a tax ID number and a commercial ship to location.

How do I find an installer?
If you are not using a dealer or designer to assist you, we suggest www.carpet-rug.org to find a certified installer. It usually does not pay to use an uncertified installer, as they may not have the experience required to properly install your new carpet. If you need further assistance, please let us know and we will do our best to locate an installer for you.

Can we order Floorganics in an area rug?
Yes. We do offer our rugs in custom sizes. Please call or email your size to us and we will give you a quote asap.

Did I read correctly that shipping is FREE????
Yes! As long as the address is in the lower 48 states, we will pay for your shipping.

Did I read correctly that you offer a Lifetime Warranty????
Yes! In the event that you are not satisfied with your carpet, we will replace it. We believe so strongly in our products and customer loyalty, we make this pledge to you. In return, we ask that you be fair and treat your new floor responsibly. There are limitations to any soft surface floor, and care must be used when caring and maintaining this or any carpet. See CRI's cleaning and maintenance area for more details.

If you are not satisfied with your carpet, we will replace the order. This warranty is non transferable. We do not cover extra freight charges or labor of any kind.
